Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain.
Responsibilities include:
.Utilize fundamental mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently. This could involve planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and execution of services. .Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address and promptly resolve after-sales issues. .Collaborate with the internal teams to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
.Conduct regular periodic visits to clients for assessing service quality and address anyemerging needs. . Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
.Acquire good understanding of engineering principles and best practices within the specificfield.
.Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives and business domain.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
.Prior experience in a mechanical role or similar industry is essential.
.Proven experience in customer service and relationship management.
.Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
.Proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
.Proficiency in Mandarin and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
.Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
.Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
