Customer Service Associate [East, Up to $3.5k]

Responsibilities:

• Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Oversee Customer Consignment Programs.
• Ensure on-time deliveries for both internal and external customers by collaborating closely with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet requirements.
• Maintain and monitor stock inventory and manage stock movement.
• Update customer price books.
• Maintain an organized filing system for documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and business partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is a plus.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available for monthly rotating weekend and public holiday standby.
