- Manage distributor relationships, including procurement and customer service support.
- Provide excellent customer support to corporate clients, overseeing their orders and requests from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Compile and submit required documents through customers management systems.
- Proactively update customers on order statuses and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate spare parts price lists for customers.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment execution.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customer customs queries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in distribution handling, logistics, manufacutring, or electronic industry.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, order processing.
- Immediate starter is a plus
