RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in calling and follow up of daily new Leads (Warm Leads)
Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer's inquiry
Ensure all activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
Customer service oriented, Positive and highly motivated individuals.
Target driven and possess can-do attitude
Excellent communication skill
Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident
Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
