• Position : Customer Service Coordinator (Electrical/Electronics) - Up to $3,500 + AWS
• Location : West - Pioneer
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electronics Engineering/Lift Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations activities in customers servicing
• Receive service request calls from lift companies
• Scheduling of daily service jobs for technician
• Doing quotations and preparing invoices to customers
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum of or O Level with at least one year of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak mandarin.
