We are a Japanese Izakaya Restaurant and Executive Bar at Boat Quay. We are also a full-service bar serving premium spirits, boutique wine, champagne, sake, cocktails and beer. We require a person to attend to the lunch and dinner service for our office clientele in the CBD. The right candidate will be an energetic person with a positive demeanour. You will be trained on the aspects of our food & drinks and in turn you will be confident in making recommendations to customers to optimise their experience here.

Responsibilities:
- Table setting
- Greeting customers
- Learn our product line
- Promote special items, make recommendations & offer alternatives
- Taking customers orders
- Maintain keen attention on tables (ordering, billing, beverage refills)
- Maintain a hygienic workplace
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- A strong Customer Service and experience ethic
- Friendly & energetic team player
- Willing to learn & passionate about the arts of food, sake & wine
- F&B experience welcomed 1 year preferred
