_Position: Customer Service cum Admin Assistant_
_Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,600_
Schedule appointments for installations at customers homes.
- Achieve targets set for arranging appointments.
Plan, set, and arrange routes by region/area for weekly installation and servicing schedules.- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring closure of all cases.
Send out reminders and confirmations to customers regarding installation and servicing.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Provide basic solutions to customers over phone calls to rectify issues. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the case, ensuring closure.- Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on our purchase and social platforms.
Strong organizational and planning skills.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
O Level and above or equivalent
