Job Description

Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries
  • Provide support, advice, and counseling to students
  • Manage graduation processes, including payment verification and document handling
  • Coordinate mid-term test deferments and liaise with students and UC
  • Handle exam script viewing requests, including coordination with the Exams Office and students
  • Explain transfer contracts to students
  • Conduct welcome orientations, LinkedIn workshops, and graduation ceremonies
  • Perform class visits as needed
  • Oversee ad-hoc projects or audit events
  • Manage miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and course evaluations

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative experience.
