As part of the prestigious Ozhean Group, our premium aesthetic clinic in Singapore specializes in upscale skincare treatments and transformative beauty services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service cum Telesales Lead to elevate our client experience and train our customer service team to reflect the premium standard of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.
- Conduct teleconsultations with potential clients and provide follow-up service calls post-treatment.
- Train and develop junior team members in customer service and telesales best practices.
- Oversee reception duties, including greeting clients, managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
- Coordinate responses to inquiries from social media, Google, and our website.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting to management with actionable insights.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma, with 5+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven telesales experience, ideally within the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
- People-oriented team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Tuesday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm - Saturdays: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
