Job Title: Customer Service Exe/ Business Development/ Account Representative (Pest Control Company) (ID9047)
Location: Aljunied
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm with alternate Sat (9am-1pm)
Salary: $3200

Job Description:
.Need to go Site Survey islandwide and identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships
.To be able to maintain a high level of product & service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/ extend customer's businesses
.Plan, track & document key action points for each client and report to management
.Create quotes, contracts & convert sales
.Organise internal meetings with different stakeholders, eg. Accounts, entomologists, technicians etc. to resolve client issues
.Work closely with the Service Team to ensure the rollout of specific marketing plans

Requirement:
Min diploma and with facilities management experience
