Check units to ascertain unit readiness for handing over to homeowners.- Prepare units for handing over turn on aircon prior to homeowners arrival & set up handover items in units.
Receive homeowners and serve drinks.
- Handover units to homeowners and go through inventories such as keys, access cards, forms, aircon remote controllers, etc.
Guide homeowners to download Condo App.- Guide homeowners to reset passwords for digital lock, letter box and shoe cabinet.
Explain basic features of units provisions & demonstrate the operations of motorized blinds, window restrictors, etc.
Able to communicate well, have good interpersonal skills and digital savvy
- Able to commit for 2 months on
- 5days work week.
Half day on Monday, Full Day from Tues to Saturday 9am-6pm- Candidates with similar experience will be preferred
