Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Transportation
Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Working Hours:
5 days, Monday Friday (8:30 am 5:30 pm / 9 am 6 pm) - Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Respond promptly to customer inquiries concerning quotes and operational matters.- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment activations, including cross-trade shipments.
Coordinate smoothly with customers for incoming, outgoing, and cross-trade shipments.
- Liaise with Overseas Agents for shipment activities.
Good understanding of import and export procedures.- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring the non-recurrence of similar concerns.
Perform accurate data entry for reporting purposes.- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Minimum of GCE O Level, N Level, or ITE certification.- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and working attitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably possess basic experience in sea/air shipment procedures.- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.
