• Coordinate and plan product transport to international customers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and review shipment invoices with finance.
• Manage customer requests, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Enter Sales Orders and process sample requests.
• Handle Food Export and Health Certificate applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum A Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience with food/fmcg/manufacturing industry.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain process is a must.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Well communicate and multi-tasking will be an advantage.
