Working hour: 9am to 6pm
- Participating in improvement initiatives and team-building activities within customer service and across functional areas.
- Accurately processing high volumes of part orders and service requests, including part location and price determination.
- Preparing accurate pricing for part orders and returns, considering factors like foreign currency conversion rates, contract type, special discounts, and field service engineer feedback.
- Ensuring accurate cost and revenue accounts are associated with parts, labor, and expenses on each call.
- Determining shipping methods based on part size, weight, contractual agreements, system issue severity, and preferred carrier.
- Acting as a liaison with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
- Maintaining professionalism in relationships with team members, customers, and others within the company.
- Ensuring all responsibilities are handled promptly, accurately, and with outstanding customer service.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirement
- Min O Level / Diploma
- Has prior 2 to 3 years of exp in field service call centre / sales support / order fulfilment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
