Job Scope:
- Daily operations and administrative duties, including checking daily registrations and undertaking enforcement
- Providing customer service support and liaising with both registrars and end-users
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Min 3 years experience in customer support, and/or operational support
- Experience with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous
Contract Period: 4 months (Dec 2024 March 2025)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: $2600 to $2,800/month
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
