Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide support in the Customer Service department, reporting to the team manager.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Should have a strong desire to learn and embrace new tasks.
  • Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is a plus.
  • Responsible for managing all bookings for both air and sea transport.
  • Communicate with air and sea carriers.
  • Liaise with customers effectively.
  • Handle all sea documentation tasks, including bookings, bills of lading, and more.
