Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
- Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
- Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
- Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
- Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
  • Job Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Self-driven and resourceful
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work at retail hours including both weekends

Those with relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.

  • 00 - $3,200.00 per month
