Customer Service Executive (Exp in Trucking & Warehousing / West / Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Make sure customer's orders are processed promptly & accurately
• Make sure timely & accurate billing process
• Assist in issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit)
• Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation
• Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy in WMS system

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse customer services
• Preferable experience in trucking and warehousing
• Experience with WMS and MS Office
