Responsibilities:
. Making & receiving customer inquiry calls
. Handling customer complaints
. Collecting & analysing customer feedback
. Responding to customer reviews
. Support software training & software installation with customer
. Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
. Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
. Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
. Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help
reduce accident cases
. Data analytics for software & product accuracy
. Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
. Observe & monitor for server performance
. Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
