Customer Service Executive (Freight forwarding)

• Handling shipping documents such as BL, DO, invoice and etc
• Sending pre-alert and manifest to overseas agents.
• Send arrival notice to consignee for import shipment collection and delivery.
• Coordinate with permit declarants for the custom's documentation
• Verifying vendors invoices & agents debit notes
• Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier
• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company's policies.
