As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for communicating effectively with customers to address their enquiries, requests and issues.

Job Description:

• Address customers requests, feedback and queries via email and phone calls and other channels.
• Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse operations to respond to enquiries within the required response time while maintaining a high quality of service.
• Be proactive to resolve any escalation of customer issues or complaints.
• Compile customer feedback and provide advice to management with monthly generated data.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed by the manager.

Requirements:

• Strong in verbal and written communication skills (English)
• A service oriented team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of outlook, WMS is advantageous.
• Prior work experience in the Shipping / Logistics sector is advantageous.
• Singaporeans only
