Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer service operations, ensuring smooth handling of all inquiries and requests.
- Respond to inbound queries, requests, and feedback via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the overseas relocation team, helping to coordinate and execute tasks efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team goals.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Administrative support role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
- Salary: Basic up to S$4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
