Job Description

Correspond with customers and third parties/contractors on project / customer requirement.
  • Provide an acceptable standard of customer satisfaction during contacts with clients via email, telephone, etc.
Work effectively with sales team and operations personnel to minimize delays and meet datelines.
  • Liaise with vendors / contractors on cargo arrangement.
Co-ordinate with in-house operations on cargo requirement / details.
  • Monitor of shipment schedule.
Generation of job sheets / checklists for invoicing.
  • Verification of suppliers invoices.
Filing of shipment / project completed.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management if any.
