- Customer Service Executive*
Responsibilities:
- To arrange and coordinate daily Sales & Service Department functions;
- To prepare sales quotations and follow up thereafter;
- To provide administrative support to user-departments;
- To prepare service job-sheets, service and calibration reports;
- To propose and prepare maintenance contracts for clients;
- To maintain and expand client base with top-notch customer relationships with key accounts;
- Conduct all aspects of local sales activities from attendance to sales inquiries, sales follow up and eventual successful sales orders;
- To perform ad-hoc support to company as and when required.
Requirements:
- Organised, meticulous and efficient individuals able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player
- Able to execute tasks independently and with good interpersonal skills
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Diploma in Business Admin / Management / related fields or equivalent
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
