Job Responsibility

. Provide first level of support and customer service

. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email

. Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs

. Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries

. Administrative duties as required

Job requirement

  • Minimum 1 Year(s) of experience in Similar Position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to answer chinese-speaking enquiries)
  • Requires a sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to commit retail hours
  • Immediate position
