Job Description -
Responsible for providing coordination between production and customer's requirements and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development.
. Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on all e-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
. Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms and social media channels
. Identify and assess customers requirements and needs
. Keep records of all customer interactions
. Enhance customers experience to all social media platforms
. Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfil orders
. Assist on research, implementation and coordination on all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
. Provide copywriting for all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Upkeep and make visible data to all stakeholders.
. Provide administrative and operational support
Job Requirements -
. Min O level or similar and relevant experience
. Possess positive customer service orientation
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Possess pleasant personality
. Proactive, team player and sales-oriented
. Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to learn
