- Roles:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Assist customers with bookings, app usage, and troubleshooting.
Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about services, fares, and policies.
Help drivers with onboarding, documentation, and app usage.
- Address driver inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure drivers adhere to service standards and policies.
Investigate and resolve service-related issues.- Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution.
- Feedback, Reporting & Assurance:
Collect and analyze customer feedback.- Generate reports on service metrics.
Suggest improvements based on feedback.
- Monitor customer interactions for quality.
Participate in training and improvement initiatives.
