Job Description of Customer Service Executive:
. Pick up customer's phone calls
. Reply enquiry text and emails
. Assist and follow up with customer's request/order
. Pick and pack customer's order
. Coordinate with transporter/logistic partner for shipping/delivery matters.
. Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
. Printing and Documents filling
. Data entry
. In-charge in others Ad-Hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
. Strong teamwork and work ethic
. Good communication skills
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, highly self-motivated, and possess a willingness to learn attitude.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
