Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a MNC Freight Forwarding Company, and we are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Quotation) to join their business! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

. Permanent, Full-time opportunity

. Location: East region, Changi South Street 2

. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

. Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job

• Provide admin support such as logistics rates and quotation for the Sales team
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, request, and issue.
• Process customer order for shipment client order with HQ based in Italy
• Coordinate with the operation team regarding customer order to prepare for shipment document
• Address customer issue and concern related to shipment, delivery delays or other logistics issue by working closely with internal departments.

The Talent

• Possess Diploma/Degree in related discipline
• Good knowledge of International Logistics Services
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
