Responsibilities:

• Received and processed sales orders using the SAP system, providing acknowledgments with estimated delivery dates based on standard timeframe.
• Processed purchase orders to vendors.
• Collaborated with various internal and external parties to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Managed order backlogs and coordinated with the sales team regarding any delivery or production issues.

Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Customer Service/ Sales coordinating.
• Proficient in speaking Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese clients.
