JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
. Handle and resolve our patient's enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.
. Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.
. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.
. Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.
. Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
JOB DETAILS:
. 5 working days with 2 off days!
. 40 working hours per week.
