Job Description

Job Description:

  • Corporate account servicing
  • Provide customer service and act as the liaison between the client and the Company
  • Liaise closely with internal and external parties in conceptualizing and executing of print projects
  • Final authority to interfere at any production stage on product quality issues
  • To approve work done by in-house artists on client's behalf
  • Presentation of designs and artwork to clients
  • Issue billing timely upon job delivery to clients
  • Preparation of reports and proposals

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or its equivalent
  • Strong business acumen in account servicing and with the ability to speak confidently with flair and poise in dealing with customers
  • Excellent project management skills, multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills
