Job Description
Receiving and processing orders via all channels
Answering phone calls
Preparing invoices to customers
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
PC Literate
Min Nitec or O Levels (Entry levels welcomed)
Min 1 year of Administrative or Date Entry experience
Meticulous, organized and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Normal Working Hours: 8am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8am to 1pm (Sat), may require to work on shift rotation as and when required.
Able to work on weekends and public Holidays
