Roles & Responsibilities- Handle and timely respond to incoming calls and e/mails from external i.e. customers, agents, and internal i.e. GDEX networks from Malaysia.
To assist walk-in customers.- To arrange, key-in & coordinate all pickup order i.e. Normal Pick-up, Reverse Charge into CSTC system.
Follow-up and provide solution to the tracing and problem shipment inquiries in the CS Platform including support operations team in physical shipment tracing.
- Ensure that Pre-Alert arrangement are updated from time to time.
Ensure daily report updated for treasury for cash i.e. cash on delivery, petty cash and credit collection i.e. customer credit payment.- Ensure shipments handover to 3rd party i.e. Contractor / Agent / SECO are monitor and follow-up until status closed.
Responsible and liaising with the customers and agents for the permit declaration and transport documentation as required.
- To do filing and ensure CS area tidy and clean.
Self-motivated and willing to do other duties as assigned.
