Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
Work closely with other Schenker Airfreight functions to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
Responsible for teams yearly appraisal.
Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies
Minimum 12 years of experience in the industry with 4 years in people management
