Professionally manage multi-channel interactions such as calls, email, social media, mobile apps and in-person enquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Explore and introduce different type of services and products that are available to our customers
Analyzing customer intention in order to assist customers to your best abilities possible
Performing general administrative and clerical duties
Maintaining and updating customer's records
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N levels
At least 1 year experience in Call Centre, banking or customer service environment
Good command of spoken and written English (Mandarin speaking would be a plus point to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers)
Positive attitude, independent, able to multi-task and is a team player
Pleasant voice, attentive listening and good communication skills
Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications
Additional Information
This position is a 1-year contract - potential contract renewal subjected to performance
working hours will be based on rotational shifts (required to work on weekends and public holidays)
