Location: Simei / Expo MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
Salary: $12.50 - $15 per hour
Contract: 5 months
Job Scope
- Assist both external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter.
- Provide simple course advising.
- Act as Gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.
- Assist with general enquiries as Roving Staff.
- Guide applicants on their full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using Self-Help PCs/laptops at the counter.
- Handle certificate collection at the counter.
- Access and input information into the CRM system, in-house student records system, and queue management system.
- Attend to day-to-day operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre.
- Assist in filing documents.
- Maintain, update, and organise forms and records of the department.
- Assist in data entry tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
