Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
Position Title: Customer Service Officer
Working Hours:
- 5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am 6 pm) / Sat (9 am 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation)
- Salary Package: Up to $2600 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.- Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
- Understand and analyse market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for clients.
Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups. Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
