Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities.
- Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any disciplines.
- Has customer service related experience in airlines operations
- Able to work on rotating shift (6 day work week, rotating shift (can be am, pm or night)

- Working Hours: Rotating shifts (6 days)
- Location: Changi Airport (transport is provided for late/night shifts)
- Up to S$2.2K Basic+shift allowance+gd perks+OT claims
