Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • Greet customers and answer all customers enquiries
  • Perform scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders on appointments to customer
  • Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
  • Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
  • Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
  • Prefably with at least 1 year experience with customer service.
  • Able to commit to retail hours
