Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
  • Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
  • Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
  • Familiar with MS Office- Word and Excel
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and service oriented
  • Able to work 6 days work week on rotating shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
