- Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes.
- Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery.
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order.
- Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Manage and co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
- Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.
- Ensure timely feedback of all problems and issues from customers and principals.
- Train new customer service agents and provide support / buddy system to new employees.
- Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, etc or any other duties assigned.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with 1-2 year of experience.
- Call centre experience preferred OR
- Experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous.
