Our client is a logistics, shipping, and maritime services provider offering a wide range of services throughout the Asia-Pacific .
- Manage daily operations to provide excellent customer service and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Communicate with customers professionally, give updates on time, and work with the Manager and teams to handle requests or complaints.
- Ensure accurate documentation, update internal records for forwarding jobs, and process invoices on time.
- Follow Customer Service Standards and Company procedures, seek client feedback, and share it with the Customer Service Manager and QA.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience in Freight logistics and Marine sector.
- Good knowledge of the freight forwarding processes and Marine spare parts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
