Job Description:

• Manage customer's enquiries
• Ensure enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Handling enquiries and complaints
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
