Customer Service Officer (Estate Management)
Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents
Assist the Estate Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents
Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis court, etc
Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate
Assist in general administrative duties
Minimum GCE N / O Level or relevant ITE certificate
A good team player with a positive attitude
