Job Description

  • Basic $2,000 - $2,700
  • OT Payable at 1.5x and 2x
  • Profit Sharing Bonus (3% / 6% of Basic Salary) | Pay Quarterly
  • Monday to Friday (815am to 530pm)
  • Company Transport Provided at Lakeside MRT / Vivo City MRT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations
  • Responsible to meet all operational key performance indicators and required service standard
  • Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet by respective CSE / CSO for audit trail purpose
  • Responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies
  • Shipment booking and transport arrangement
  • Experience in order processing
  • Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
  • Ensure the CSE / CSO submit the KPI per established schedule
  • Maintain inventory accuracy between us & customer's WMS system

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to commit to OT when needed
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics experience will be an added advantage
