Job Description

  • Attend to walk-in customers general enquiries.
    Repairs (First-Level Check).
  • Products(s) Viewing & Introduction.
  • Showroom Sales.
  • Shell Escape Redemption.
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Showroom maintenance.
  • Administrative works (paper works etc.) related to counter and showroom.
  • Follow-up on customers & dealers repair sets.
  • Assist Call Centre when called upon.
  • Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

  • N level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 day work.
