Manage customer emails and/or calls to arrange delivery orders.
- Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotional intelligence.
Swift handling of customer inquiries.- Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database and action taken for verification and training purposes.
Prompt follow-ups on customer interactions via email.
- Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience working in a customer service focused environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage.
