Job Description

Job Description:

  • Management and processing of international customer orders, inquiries, feedback.
  • Handling social media customer service. Attend to customers's enquires, comments and feedbacks on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) in an efficient customer-oriented manner.
  • Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints
  • Ability to perform operational duties and team project responsibilities
  • Assist in social media outreach and marketing activities
  • Miscellaneous operational and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability
  • Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills.

Job information:

  • Full-time, 5 days work
  • Office hours: 9 - 6pm
