Management and processing of international customer orders, inquiries, feedback.
Handling social media customer service. Attend to customers's enquires, comments and feedbacks on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) in an efficient customer-oriented manner.
Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints
Ability to perform operational duties and team project responsibilities
Assist in social media outreach and marketing activities
Miscellaneous operational and administrative duties
Requirements:
Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience
Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability
Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills.
