Job Description:
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls/emails and update cases in the system
- Handle clients feedback and liaise with backend support to resolve issues
- Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure smooth closure of cases
- Provide timely feedback to clients on collection, discrepancies and payments
- Manage Car Queue System and keep front desk area clean and neat
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin speaking clients
- Attentive with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
