Job Description

Job Description:

  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls/emails and update cases in the system
  • Handle clients feedback and liaise with backend support to resolve issues
  • Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure smooth closure of cases
  • Provide timely feedback to clients on collection, discrepancies and payments
  • Manage Car Queue System and keep front desk area clean and neat
  • Perform any other tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Attentive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday
